Labdhi Lifestyle Enters BKC Commercial Sector Labdhi Lifestyle Ltd is channeling an investment of **Rs 700 crore** into the development of 'BKC Edge', a premium office complex situated in Mumbai's Bandra Kurla Complex. The project encompasses **2.25 lakh sq ft** of Grade-A office space, designed to mitigate acute supply constraints in the financial district. The inventory will include more than **300 business suites**. Upon completion, the development is projected to generate sales revenue exceeding **Rs 1,000 crore**.
